Okay, I am finally getting on here. Today was my off day, so I was trying to get shit done today. Ended up not accomplishing anything. Just took my daughter to her great-grandma and grandpa's and took her swimming at the hotel. Let me tell you, she is such a daredevil! She tried jumping in the 5-foot area by herself. Luckily, I was there to catch her, but it still scared the shit out of me. Whew! Well, its back to the wolves tomorrow. Luckily, I am working 3-11, so I get to still sleep in. HEE HEE. 
On another note, sorry that I was not on here earlier, Tiff. I know you were bored at work. Just thought I would tell you I didn't forget about you, but I had to go to Chris' work because he lost his wallet last night and I found it. MEN! They would lose their heads if they weren't attatched.

Okay, so here is a little more about me.
I have a 3 1/2 year old little girl. She is super smart, has BRIGHT red hair, and can be a total brat. I think it is the whole red hair thing. A lot of times, it is hard to get her to go to sleep. Like last night, we went to bed about 12. I turned off all the lights and the T.V. and we just laid there for a minute. Finally, she went to sleep. Well, lo and behold, here comes 3:30 a.m. and guess who is up? Yup, thats right. She only just took a "nap". Luckily, daddy was home then. When I have to get up early to go to work, he takes care of her. Lucky me. Anyway, she is really bad about that. 
Okay, so that is a little about my daughter. Let me tell you about my husband. He is 23 and we have been married for 3 years. He works from 5 p.m. til 3:30 a.m., so I don't really get to see a lot of him except on my off days when he wakes up kinda early. Or if we are off on the same days. Which he is off on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I finally talked my GM to letting me have Saturdays off so I can spend some time with my husband. Its really sad. I get to see my husband a whole day out of the week. When he worked at the gas station, we got to spend more time together. But now he is getting paid about $13/hour, compared to only $8/hour. So I guess that is a good thing, but right now it just seems like such a sacrifice. 
Anyway, I will tell you more about me. I have saved the most boring for last. First, I am 23. I will be 24 in December...such a long way off still. Like I said in earlier journal posts and in Hotel_Workers, I am pregnant. I am about 10 weeks along right now. I just learned today that I can feel the lump of a baby in my left side. At least that is what I think it is. I will keep everyone updated on my pregnancy probablly month to month. Right now, I don't have insurance, so I have not been to the doctor. I know I really need to go, but I don't qualify for Medicaid because we make too much money and the hotel does not have insurance. My husband's work offers it, but he just started back there and he won't get insurance for 90 days. Besides that, they have a pre-pregnancy clause that states if you were pregnant before you got the insurace, you are not eligible for the insurance. UGH! I hate shit like that. I really need to get to the doctor, but it is just too expensive to pay out of pocket. 
Okay, so I hope that was enough for everyone for now. My hands are starting to cramp, and I got to go pee, lol. I will post more later.

Today has been a really boring day. Although, it is not as boring as Sunday was. I worked 3-11 and I think I only had maybe 5 check-ins. Yeah, BORING!! Anyway, today I am working 7-3 and when I go home, I think I am going to pack my daughter's and my swimsuit and come back up here to go swimming. I know it sure is hot enough. Although, I am not so sure about coming to work twice in one day..LOL. I mean, once is bad enough, right? But that water out there sure looks inviting. Anyway, who knows? It all depends if my daughter is being good or not. I hate to take her out in public when she is being bad. WOW! She can be bad, too. I will post another entry to talk about my family, though. I just wanted to express how bored I was, and I had nothihng better to do for now.
